Values can be defined as those things that are important to or valued by someone. That someone can be an individual or, collectively, an organization. One place where values are important is in relation to vision.
Ethics
You can have professional ethics, but you seldom hear about professional morals. Ethics tend to be codified into a formal system or set of rules which are explicitly adopted by a group of people. Thus you have medical ethics. Ethics are thus internally defined and adopted, whilst morals tend to be externally imposed on other people.

What should teenagers have to get permission for?  Parents of teenagers, teenagers of parents: There has never been a clearly defined position for either during this volatile period that both parent and teen forge through. Parental involvement related to teenage sexual health issues are among the most incendiary debates in America today. Inevitably, a family confronts this issue at home. As it involves sexual health, sexuality, and intimate relationship, this topic can be difficult, confusing, and embarrassing for teenagers and their parents, causing for other than healthy discussion and supportive parenting.
